Humans x AI
In May 2026, I had the pleasure of speaking on the Robotics Panel at the Italian Symposium at ETH Zurich alongside Giorgio Valsecchi and Giorgio Corbellini. We explored the challenges and opportunities of bringing advanced robotics out of the lab and into the real world, drawing on insights from both academic research and industry experience.
Casa Italia
In May 2026, I was invited onto RAI's Casa Italia alongside Prof. Bruno Siciliano from the PRISMA Lab at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II to discuss the transition of advanced robotics from academic research to practical application. We explored the current state of the industry, the challenges of deploying intelligent, autonomous systems, and what the future holds for robotics in everyday environments.
Newton - La natura degli occhi
During my appearance on the Italian science program Newton (RAI), I discussed the evolving landscape of robotics and AI. The conversation centered on how autonomous systems leverage computer vision and perception to understand, interact with, and navigate complex real-world environments.
Dataland
In this segment for the live Swiss-Italian science broadcast Dataland (RSI), we showcased the ANYmal quadruped robot. The live demonstration highlighted the robot's locomotion capabilities and its potential for autonomous operation in complex environments.
